Mobile welding in Nampa, Idaho
Nampa is about twenty-five minutes west of me on I-84. It's the most trailer-and-equipment town in the valley, and that's most of what I do there.
Working in Nampa
I take I-84 to the Franklin or Garrity exits and I'm in most of Nampa in twenty to thirty minutes. Nampa is Canyon County's working town. The industrial parks along Franklin, Garrity and the Karcher corridor are full of trucking yards, shops and warehouses, and their trailers, racks, dock plates and forklift attachments break on a schedule. The older neighborhoods around downtown and the Nampa Bench have steel railings and gates from the sixties that are due. And on the south and west edges the city turns to farmland fast, so equipment, corral panels and pipe fence are a short drive from the shop calls.

Welding repair in Nampa
Gates, trailers, railings and equipment, fixed where they sit and reinforced so they don't break in the same place again. Here's what I can and can't repair.
Custom fabrication in Nampa
Gates, railings, brackets and frames built to your measurements, delivered and installed. Here's how a fabrication job goes.
What Nampa calls about most
Trailers. Flatbeds, car haulers, dump trailers and enclosed cargo trailers, parked on shop lots and in driveways. Tongues, ramp hinges, deck cross-members, fender brackets. I fix them on the lot so you're not down a trailer for a week.
Shop and fleet. Racks, stands, forklift forks and attachments, dock plates, the guard someone backed into. I can come at 7am before the yard gets busy.
Farm equipment. On the edges of town: buckets, bale spears, hitches, and aluminum wheel line in season.
Gates and railings. Older steel that's rusted at the base and needs new posts, hinges or pickets.
Early mornings on the lot
Shop and fleet work in Nampa is easiest before the yard wakes up. I'll be there at seven, weld the rack or the dock plate or the forklift attachment while the trucks are still parked, and be gone before the first delivery. If it's a trailer you use every day, tell me which day it's off the road and I'll build the visit around that. For farm calls on the edge of town, the field edge before the heat is best for both of us.
Scheduling in Nampa
I try to stack Nampa and Caldwell calls on the same days so the drive gets shared. If your job isn't urgent, tell me, and I'll fit it on a west-side day and keep the price down. If it is urgent, say that instead. Repairs are usually one to three days out.
